1 General Provisions

bey99 is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. In this document, "platform" refers to the bey99 website (bey99.lat) and all services included within it. "User" refers to any person who holds an account on or browses the platform.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any conflict between the English and Bengali versions of the Terms, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

bey99 always strives to maintain a fair and transparent environment. All games on the platform operate through SSL encryption-protected connections, and verified random number generator (RNG) technology is used in every game to ensure fair play.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the bey99 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must operate the account in your own name and of your own free will.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must not have any previous account that has been suspended or closed by bey99.

bey99 reserves the right to verify a user's age in cases of suspicion. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the relevant deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Account Information

It is the user's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration — such as full name, date of birth, and contact details — accurate and up to date at all times. To change any information, please contact the support team.

3.3 Account Security

It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Granting account access to third parties is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify the support team immediately. bey99 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The currently accepted payment methods for deposits at bey99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposits are generally reflected in the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Winnings associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• bey99 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bey99 offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives you a ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit; any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonuses may not be used on games prohibited by bey99.
• If bey99 suspects bonus abuse or manipulation, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Separate terms and conditions will apply to any other promotions offered in the future.

5.4 VIP Program

The bey99 VIP program has five tiers in total: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Tier upgrades happen automatically based on a user's activity and betting behavior. bey99 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits or amend the program.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information.
• Attempting to obtain bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's account without permission.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or threatening bey99 staff.
• Attempting to predetermine the outcome of a game by colluding with other users (Collusion).

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Rules

Once all bets on the bey99 platform are finalized, they cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned to the account.

7.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bey99 will settle the bet in accordance with its established rules. In the event of a dispute over a result, bey99's decision shall be considered final.

7.3 Casino Games

Verified RNG technology is used in casino games to ensure fair outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) rate for all games is set by the respective game provider and is not altered by bey99.

7.4 Technical Issues

If a game or betting session is left incomplete due to server errors, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, bey99 will attempt to provide a fair resolution based on available information.
